I missed that, since the code was a patch from somebody else and I've still not tested LVM usage at all. I'll update the documentation in time for the next Debian package. I'll also make sure the final note about mounting the new image is correct. As for testing the result(s) of commands. Definitely a good thing and I'll try to handle that better in the future.
