Package: nut-snmp Version: 2.8.0-7 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
Dear Maintainer, The cyberpower mib 0.51 in nut 2.8.0-7 doesn't correctly construct the ups.status as described here (https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/1427), so that the snmp-ups driver isn't usable with the cyberpower UPS at all. The update to cyberpower mib 0.52 (https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/commit/6a6888e9b5fd995e79e3db335ff4c9c524f31b51) fixes the issue. I have built nut-snmp with this fix locally and can confirm that it works. -- System Information: Debian Release: 12.0 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 6.2.16-3-pve (SMP w/12 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_PROPRIETARY_MODULE, TAINT_OOT_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages nut-snmp depends on: ii libc6 2.36-9 ii libsnmp40 5.9.3+dfsg-2 ii nut-server 2.8.0-7 nut-snmp recommends no packages. nut-snmp suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
