libgetdata ftbfs with Python 3.12 as supported Python version, 
hard-coding specific versions in the install file.

$ cat debian/python3-pygetdata.install
# usr/lib/python3*/site-packages/pygetdata*so
usr/local/lib/python3.11/dist-packages/*  /usr/lib/python3.11/site-packages


please work around that in other ways, not having a concrete version 
hard-coded.
