I've experienced this as well, though not all the time: the button is
active most of the time, and suddenly it'll become inactive. I can't
find any similar report in bugs.kde.org, and I'd like to find out what's
triggering it before forwarding it upstream. Any help with that welcome,
or feel free to forward it yourself.

Cheers,
