... roughly 0.5 Mbit/s then... Is there a lot of difference in the traffic rate? If so that can be the problem. Ntop do not seem to be able to handle too big load, but maybe later versions have done that... One would need a debugger to see where in the code ntop is looping to determine what the problem is. It may be quite difficult though...
