Sorry. I don't know if I am talking about Geo:: or Gis:: or libgeo or libgis.
It is all too confusing. I'll leave it to others to straighten out. As far a packages that don't seem to work as their man pages say, I sure hope there is at least a README file in their doc directories about it.
