Using Present Windows with Firefox Flatpak running and not playing a video.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Presenting all windows while Firefox Flatpak is running while showing a
static image
* What was the outcome of this action?
The cursor starts to flicker
* What outcome did you expect instead?
The cursor doesn't flicker
