Dear Maintainer,

The udev rule created by gpsd does not match a Globalsat BU-353N5 device.
The lsusb entry of this chip is "ID 067b:23a3 Prolific Technology, Inc. ATEN
Serial Bridge".
I was able to make it work by adding the following line to
/lib/udev/rules.d/60-gpsd.rules

ATTRS{idVendor}=="067b", ATTRS{idProduct}=="23a3", SYMLINK+="gps%n",
TAG+="systemd", ENV{SYSTEMD_WANTS}="gpsdctl@%k.service"

I understand that (as seems to be the case with some other devices) the chip
may be too generic that adding it causes more harm than good.
