Package: calamares Severity: important X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected] I have tried to use the calamares based installer from the ISO image debian- live-12.4.0-amd64-xfce.iso and selected a LVM volume to make the installation. That volume was there before the installation started. I realized that the installer didn't offer a way to configure the volumes (at least it wasn't obvious to me) but I could anyway proceed with the installation selecting the existing volume. The installation went fine but when I rebooted the system I ended up with an unbootable system because the initrd didn't have support for LVM.
