Package: ratt
Version: 0.0~git20190123.9e77a6d-1+b6
Severity: normal

I ran ratt on a system without a deb: line in /etc/apt/sources.list
for the dist.
It calls dose-ceve without the necessary deb:// and silently fails to find the
right rdeps to rebuild.

Please add some --verbose debugging and more checking args.

Thanks
Alastair
