The patch works fine indeed, and stunnel4 can be built successfully on
armhf with it. I agree that it should be applied.
It seems however that stunnel4 alone is unfortunately not sufficient to
build curl as hoped:
sbuild --arch armhf --dist unstable curl --extra-package
