Based on the feedback I got in <URL: https://bugs.debian.org/1067080 >, and the result on <URL: http://crossqa.debian.net/src/gnucobol3 > and <URL: http://crossqa.debian.net/src/gnucobol4 >, I suspect it should be reassigned to those packages instead.
