Sorry about this... I've tried to improve this before, this problem is social in nature in that I can't do uploads myself (not a DM/DD) and unfortunately due to personal conditions the cost in "brain energy" to do these interactions is... massive. I see you've uploaded an FRR and libyang package. I can't speak to libyang2 at all, but (you probably saw) FRR definitely requires libyang 2.1.128. Finding some solution for libyang2 is presumably a similar problem, just with someone else ;). Other than this, there are in fact updates to the debian/ directory in FRR's master branch. One thing that stood out to me is the missing "mkdir /var/lib/frr" in postinst. I really need to merge master back into the debian branches on the FRR repo to pick that up, I can probably get to that today or tomorrow. There's also a bit of a problem in #1067077, which is caused by the 64-bit time_t transition. I'm not sure what the solution for that will be, but it's a blocker since armel is affected and that's still a mainline Debian arch... Cheers (& Apologies), -equi (David)
