This bug is already fixed in 1.2.1-1.1. The ideal way to close a bug is usually in debian/changelog, but this bug was open after its fix has been uploaded to experimental, so you should probably close it as described at https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Developer#closing with a mail to 1069984-d...@bugs.debian.org starting with Version: 1.2.1-1.1 The 'debian/ 1.2.1-2' tag is only informative, it triggers no actual upload. However, its current contents are incorrect. debian/changelog contains the same version twice. Please fix this, then I will sponsor an upload and you will tag the uploaded state as 'debian/1.2.1-2+really'.
