Package: plymouth
Version: 24.004.60-1+b2
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

after booting to the splash screen to enter the Luks decryption password
and then, pressing the ESC key to switch to the details view, it is
impossible then to switch back to the splash screen.

Pressing the ESC key in details view just prints '^['.

However, it is still possible to enter the decryption password which is
printed in **plain text** and further, after pressing Enter, the boot
process continues as usual.

Backspace is working.

It looks like that the tty is sort of in raw mode.

Kernel boot parameter:
efi=noruntime console=ttyS2,1500000 console=tty0 luks.crypttab=no \
splash plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles

Additional, there is no such issue by installing and utilising
plymouth version: 22.02.122-3, which works as expected.

Best regards,
Wolf
