Package: neovim Severity: wishlist X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected] Dear Maintainer,
Neovim does not have a release in bookworm-backports. I would appreciate if a backport of this package was avaliable, since building a Simple backport for this program requires building a chain of many "testing" versions of dependencies. I got lost in trying to find the top of the dependency chain. Debian's online instructions recommend that I first report a wishlist bug about this before trying to do it myself. My use case is the VS Code extension vscode-neovim, which requires Neovim version 9.0 or above. Thank you.
