Bug#1071687: It's the lib

The bug is in python3-tvdb-api, not tvnamer as building a backport of 3.1-4 for bookworm makes tvnamer work again.

python3-tvdb-api/stable,stable 3.1-2 all



Would you consider uploading a backport of 3.1-4 to bookworm-backports 
to get tvnamer working again?
