1) mflua.1 has never been in TeX Live. I guess someone created it for Debian (or other) without sending it upstream? Anyway, I will copy it into TL. Although mflua.1 doesn't have the usual Debian disclaimers for man pages, I assume that's ok :).
2) It would be welcome, and the fixes seem ok in themselves. But I see: .\" DO NOT MODIFY THIS FILE! It was generated by help2man 1.47.16. If that is true, then I don't much want to accept any manual edits, since then we couldn't regenerate it with help2man. Instead, help2man should be fixed to avoid these problems in the first place. bug-help2...@gnu.org I hope you agree? The current version of help2man is 1.49.3. Does it do any better? (It would be a pleasant surprise if the answer was yes.) Thanks for the report, Karl
