Pypy tends to release support for 2 3.x versions at a time, usually the
lower one is better supported and the higher one is more experimental.
Every release I have a look and try to decide whether it's time to
upgrade yet.
I think the 3.9 is getting near the end of its life, so yes probably
time to upgrade.
