Package: exim4-config Version: 4.97-8 Followup-For: Bug #1072568 X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
Hi. The user mail was present in the system. I tried to remove the user and create user mail again, but the error message didnt change. The UID of user mail is 8. Even with newly created user it generates the same error. This is weird. I tried to install exim4 in VM and the install went without a problem. I didnt change anything in the schroot setup. Its used only for building install images and for caching updates to apt-cacher-ng cache. My reason to report this issue, that if this is a problem it could cause a lots of problems for admins that use exim4. Im not easy on the idea that this issue will slip into stable. Only thing is to wait is someone runs into this issue. If not it can be marked as unreproducible.
