The person who was doing the German translation at the FSF Translation
Project has been non-responsive for a while now. I've been trying to
recruit someone to take their place because I want to treat the
Translation Project as "upstream" from the point of view of the *.po
files (since otherwise merging local changes becomes a real mess).
Would you be willing/interested to take on that role? There quite a
few open bugs relating to the German translation that I would love to
get cleared out.
