I'm really sorry for "ignoring" you for so long. In fact I've not dedicated much time to improving gabber 1 lately. The latest uploads I've done where only due to C++ transitions and I didn't check bugs that could be easily fixed in the upload. I'll do a triage on its bugs this week and will fix the ones that can be easily fixed. Lately, I've been dedicating my "gabber" time, to get the GTK+ 2 version of gabber (package gabber2) in shape for release. If you could produce a German localization of it I'd be glad to include it.
