pppoe-server can have maximum 64 sessions (clients) by default.
I think this is not sufficient for most of the pppoe servers out there
and they need to recompile the package by themselves (that was my case too)
to fix that.
I suggest that DEFAULT_MAX_SESSIONS in pppoe-server.h be raised
to a much higher value (2048 for example) to avoid unexpected problems.
