unoconv is broken with Python 3.12 (sid/trixie) because it's still
relying on the now-removed distutils:

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'distutils'
This has not yet been resolved upstream, see:

Also noting that unoconv is deprecated by upstream and hasn't
seen any commits in 3 years. Instead they have created and recommend
"unoserver", https://github.com/unoconv/unoserver/, which is not yet
packaged for Debian.
