I've just made a new upload as requested.
But it was not a no-change upload, I had some pending changes (mostly cleanup)
and this was the perfect excuse to include them.
So maybe the wording of bugs like this one could be improved. I would have
said "gettext needs a new upload, which may be a no-change upload if you don't
have any pending changes to do", or something alike.
