Package: libpam-p11
Version: 0.1.2-2
Severity: minor

i'm using libpam-p11 with the openct framework. when i try to log in
at the console (via login), i get an odd error message (the line after
the login: prompt shows up in red):

Debian GNU/Linux testing/unstable squeak tty1

squeak login: dkg
winscard_clnt.c:320:SCardEstablishContextTH() Cannot open public shared file:
/var/run/pcscd.pub

Note that logging in works properly, without any trouble.

/etc/pam.d/common-auth contains only the line:

 auth required pam_p11_opensc.so /usr/lib/opensc-pkcs11.so

and /etc/pam.d/login is untouched from the default.

the error message about /var/run/pcscd.pub also shows up in my
screensaver.

i have no need for pcscd to my knowledge, so i'm not sure why the
system should be complaining about it.

Some other info that might be useful/relevant:
