Package: tayga Version: 0.9.2-10 Severity: normal /etc/init.d/tayga supports CONFIGURE_IFACE and CONFIGURE_NAT44 which default to "yes" in /etc/default/tayga. The systemd unit does not support either of them, so when switching over to the systemd unit then the interface and natting is not configured automatically.
I don't know of the best/appropriate way to configure the interface automatically. Should I expect the systemd unit to do it? Should it be done with a netdev file? If the latter, then the netdev file needs to be kept in sync with /etc/tayga.conf somehow (either manually, or via a script). Either way some documentation on how to migrate would be helpful. -- System Information: Debian Release: trixie/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (700, 'testing'), (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable-security') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 6.10.4-686-pae (SMP w/4 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_OOT_MODULE, TAINT_UNSIGNED_MODULE Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages tayga depends on: ii init-system-helpers 1.66 ii libc6 2.39-7 ii lsb-base 11.6 ii sysvinit-utils [lsb-base] 3.10-1 tayga recommends no packages. tayga suggests no packages. -- Configuration Files: /etc/default/tayga changed [not included] /etc/tayga.conf changed [not included] -- no debconf information
