Last maintainer upload 2018, and the upstream activity stopped around the same time. The upstream README points to a FF plugin and a Chrome plugin as the reasons to install this package, both are no longer available. There some discussions of the project state and alternatives at https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp/issues/413 and https://github.com/pfn/keepasshttp/issues/406 but I couldn't find there if it's still possible to use it at all.
