The old testing system python3-nose is RC buggy and being retired from Debian. python3-hkdf still declares a dependency on this test framework. python-omemo also declares a dependency on python3-hkdf. Luckily, python-omemo does not seems to use hkdf at all anymore, so please remove the stale extraneous line from d/control to help untie this old dependencies network.
