Today's build was still including the former espeakup. Please check in https://d-i.debian.org/daily-images/amd64/daily/build_netboot-gtk.log that it says Selecting previously unselected package espeakup-udeb. (Reading database ... 1616 files and directories currently installed.) Preparing to unpack udebs/espeakup-udeb.udeb ... Unpacking espeakup-udeb (1:0.90-15) ... and not -14, before testing again.
