Package: man-db
Version: 2.13.0-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?

lexgrog ./<local manual file>

   * What was the outcome of this action?

lexgrog reads the <local manual file> in the "/usr/share/man/" hierarchy.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

That the local file is read.

-.-

Subject: 'lexgrog' and other commands should have a '-l' option like 'man'

"lexgrog" reads only files in the "/usr/share/man" directory.
It should also be able to read a local file,
for example to check corrections to a manual before it is installed.

The same applies to programmes installed with the 'man-db' package.
