Package: apt-listchanges
Version: 4.6
Severity: minor

Dear maintainer,

While I appreciate the message I got yesterday during my upgrade of apt-listchanges, I do ask you to drop that NEWS entry some time before the release of trixie. Your request to file bugs might be appropriate for the development cycle of trixie, it feels like it's noise for those upgrading from bookworm to trixie.

Paul
