Hello Justin. Thank you for the bug report. On receiving your report,
I have updated my sid installation to the latest and have rebuilt the
debram (0.6.5) source on it, but am unfortunately unable to reproduce
the bug. Would you give me some more information as to how you achieved
the output above?

which is not what is listed above and which suffers no recursive
symlinks. Surely there are multiple levels of symlinks, but not more
than four levels, I think; and certainly not more than the kernel and
the standard tools can handle.
Which tool complains, "Too many levels of symbolic links"?
