hugs98 is a historic Haskell98 implementation in Haskell. From what I remember, people moved on from Haskell98. Anyway, upstream has stopped development a long time ago, the package is orphaned in Debian since 2018, currently FTBFS and nothing depends on it. Please remove hugs98 from unstable. Chris
