dear maintainer, dirmngr was patched to use hkps://keys.openpgp.org as the default keyserver instead of the upstream default https://keyserver.ubuntu.com. the manpage was also patched to document this difference, however, it does now claim that hkps://keys.openpgp.org is the upstream default as well: Note that the above default is a Debian-specific choice. Upstream GnuPG prefers hkps://keys.openpgp.org.
