And I was just talking with you in Extremadura about how annoying is
that people send bogus patches, and you get tricked into looking at
the bug report because it has a patch tag! O:)

I suppose you mean Depends, or the specific apps Build-Depending on
the proper dpkg-dev if they are going to use -s, but that'd be nasty.
The version would be 1.13.13 (the support was introduced in .12,
but .13 removed the annoying warnings).
