Package: python3-fsspec Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
as discussed in #1084420 I am considering removing python3-fusepy from trixie, as it seems to be dead upstream (no changes in 6 years) and the required upstream changes to enable FUSE3 support [2] have beenn ignored so far. Would it be possible to remove the recommendation of python3-fusepy from python3-fsspec, since it is its only reverse dependency and it only seems to be optional here? That would allow me to remove it with no further attachments. If you have any concerns about this, please do not hesitate to get in touch!
