Hi, I've prepared a patch that will avoid sqlrelay breaks on binNMUs in the future.
What it basically does is replace ${Source-Version} with
${source:Version} and add Build-Depends on dpkg-dev (>> 1.13.19) where
${source:Version} is implemented. [debian/control]
