Hence, this bug is no longer RC. Actually fixing it would plausibly mean using TZ=Europe/Brussels and expecting it to print as CET.
The newer runs don't fail because this test is skipped. The messages
suggest that it fails if MET and CET are aliases of Europe/Brussels and
hence both print as CET (as they are in tzdata 2024b-1 and -2, and in -3
with tzdata-legacy) but is skipped if MET isn't installed at all (tzdata
2024b-3 without tzdata-legacy).
