I intent to update the whole tungstenite stack to the latest upstream
release. This would see tokio-tungstenite updated to 0.23. I will post a
patch here shortly.
tokio-tungstenite 0.24 is available in experimental right now.
Please consider patching axum to use this version so I can go ahead
with this transition.
