Because the workstation is fo a newbee, whose want to learn all
about Linux/Debian, I have set debconf to "low" after the base
install to see all config options...
Then we have installed "uptimed" and set it to send E-Mails to
"both", but in the config it was not set. We hat do run
dpkg-reconfigure to get the right settings.
