just installed yelp 2.14.2-2 from unstable find that this problem does indeed still exist. my original post may have been mistaken. it may be that %20 characters or spaces are rendered incorrectly as %20 boxes. a problematic help page can be found in nautilus under help -> contents. this page can be seen the screenshot attached to my first message. thanks.
