It can also be run on Debian infrastructure (currently amd64 only)
if someone requests it. The operators of ci.debian.net maintain a
list of source packages that benefit from being tested on qemu (for
example flatpak and bubblewrap are on that list), and the maintainer of
python-docker could ask for it to be added.
