ok so i have figured out that the issue only happens while the laptops barrel charger is plugged in. If i am using USB-C charging it does not happen, and does not happen on battery as far as i can tell. But once the barrel charger is plugged in it starts to act up slowly over time. Its hard to be sure since it takes a few hours to really be noticeable though but im pretty sure about this.
