Merging this with the existing bug about the build failure on i386, which
is the root cause for the out-of-sync condition.

As Vincent said, this is believed to be fixed upstream in 1.8.1.
Emanuele Rocca successfully tested that version in October[1] and
Noah Meyerhans proposed an updated package in December[2] but the package's
maintainer has not accepted (or rejected) the proposed change.

A workaround for users of wine and other 32-bit packages is to install
both amd64 and i386 versions of libunwind8_1.6.2-3.1, from testing
(trixie), instead of attempting to install/upgrade the version from sid.
