| I guess.  But someone is ore likely to do `M-x debian[TAB]' and find it
| than `M-x readme[TAB]'.  It's up to you, but please close the bug it you
| reject it.

That was also mu reasoning. Common namespace debian-* is much
more clear and won't clash on future Emacs packages. It also 
makes searching things more "The Emacs way".
