There are two bugs here: a) licensecheck fails to detect license fulltext PSF-2 b) licensecheck misdetects "released under the GPL" as a license grant Of those, I consider a) to be important, and b) to be only minor. I have rephrased the bugreport to track only a) (and also corrected a typo in the license shortname PSF-2).
