it turned out that no member of the Salvage team wanted to put the own
ID to the Uploaders field which is necessary for the Salvage procedure.
So I decided to upload the work that was done and announced in the ITS
bug in a NMU. Please let me know in the next 15 days whether you do
not like this and I should cancel the upload.
