Software-properties-qt does not work at all in Debian Sid. Why I try to launch
it both from the terminal and start menu it won't run. I have the same problem
with Software-properties-gtk both of those programs are effected. Because they
won't run or launch at all in Debian Testing or Debian Sid which is what I am
using.
* What led up to the situation?
I did upgrade to Debian Sid from Debian Bookworm. The program worked in Debian
Bookworm is not working now.
It won't run at all.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
I tried reinstalling the program but it still won't run.
* What was the outcome of this action?
So I also tried software-properties-gtk but the same problem.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
So I think that maybe both program software-properties-qt and software-
properties-gtk should be removed. Since there are other ways for us to view and
edit our software repositories.
