The MAC is from my Windows machine. You're right; the server side looks ok. 
But the client doesn't become an ip address. 
With dhcp3-server 3.0.3-8 it works perfectly.

This address is also linked in my first bugreport. 

IMHO was the problem a sizeof call in dhcp sources on 64bit machines. But i'm 
not familiar with dhcp sources. So i doesn't see any issues there...
